ゴールデンウィーク開始。

Midori,Masayaと京都へありさんに会いに行きました。私たち、がんばってますよ。

その後、ありさんママ宅に突撃訪問。相変わらず若いです。私の父と同い年とは思えん。

ベリーショートにするというびっくり発言に驚かされつつ、楽しいひと時が過ごせました。

帰り道の大阪で、Masayaがおいしいという寿司屋に行きました。回らない寿司は初めて。生魚が苦手だから。。。

でもここはどのお寿司もおいしくたべれました。苦手克服かも！？

特においしかったのは、ウナギと鯛のにぎり。鯛は炙って塩がかけてあり、レモンを絞っていただく。もう一度いきたい！と思わせるお店でした。

かなり濃厚な一日でした。明日から学校だから気合いれてこ。

ＪＲの素晴らしいポスターのような枝垂れザクラの中、
お天気にも恵まれ思いがけずもう1度サクラを
楽しんで来ることが出来ました☆

我が家の夫は、自営業なので、平日、なかなか家をあけられません。
といって早めに予約することも出来ないので、
急に行っって来た角館は、８分咲き
どこもかしこも人、々、であふれていて一杯〜でしたチッ・・・。(ﾒ `-)
翌日廻った田沢湖は、まだ、陰には雪・・・
ここまで来ると観光客も少なくのんびり散策することが出来ました。＾＾

Honda has a new hydrogen fuel cell car that they are testing right now. I saw it on the web and two people in Southern California are driving them. I think that this is a long awaited idea and cannot wait personally until the day we have the option of buying one. Only certain regions with hydrogen stations close by will be sold the cars, but it is nice to now that the future of alternative fuels is being developed finally.

《カルミア》

カルミアの花の魅力は、金平糖のようなつぼみ、
そして、パラソル状の花がすばらしくにぎやかに
咲いてくれるところにあります。

しかし、カルミアの大きな木を見かけることは少ないようです。
すばらしく魅力ある花木のひとつですので、
もっと栽培されるといいと思います。

花径は２㎝程度ですが、
たくさん集まって房状に咲くのでとても美しく、人気のある花木です。

遅刻魔とろみどり、
「遅刻したらコロス。」と言われ必死で行ったら、
1分半…遅刻した。ちーん。
さよなら、とろみどり。

京都に2人の受験合格の報告してきました。
その前に久々にとんこつラーメン食べました。
今日深夜勤なのに、かっつりにんにく入れて食べました。
今も口がにんにく臭いです。
マスクつけて仕事する予定です。すんません。

その後は、急遽京都から宝塚へ移動。
3人で実家へお邪魔し、お母さんに会ってきました。
今日は妹さんもノンちゃんも不在。
ノンちゃんの1歳半になった姿見たかったなっ。
買ってきたケーキといつもの紅茶、美味しかった（＾＿＾）
いつまでも若く元気でいてください。

Yesterday afternoon, Mike suddenly remembered that his sister had wanted to show me her dress for the wedding, but he had forgotten to tell me about it since we were playing WoW. So we headed on over to their dad’s house, and when I walked in, my family was waiting for me because Mike’s sister and my sister had thrown me a surprise bridal shower! It was the sweetest thing ever — they made it a tea party with little sandwiches, scones, pie, and even honey ginger tea from Green Time. Also, Mike’s dad barbecued his ridiculously yummy steak and shoyu chicken. I have the best sister and sister-in-law ever!

　今日は、真理子とみどりとありさんの墓参りに行きました。去年一年は、墓参りや偲ぶ会にも参加していなかったのでこの訪問が初でした。お墓は小高い山の上にありとても静かなところで今日は気持ちいい風が吹き抜けていました。ありさんに合格の報告をしました。そのあと有村家におじゃしてしばし思い出話に花を咲かせました。

色あせさせてはいけないもの。大切な人との思い出、初志。

自分のことを書く気になれず（汗）
人間書けない時期もあるんです。
でも体はいたって元気。

ということで、せめて前向き名言を。
親友がやや編集して送ってくれたメール。

いかに上手くやるかではなく
いかに早くやるかでもなく

いかに楽しくやるかを

学んだほうがいいと思う

「みどりの日」が「昭和の日」になった。
なんで？と思って調べてみた。
ふ〜ん。。。

みどりの日って響き、勝手に好きだったのにな。
シブくなりましたなぁ。

I just finished a 607 page book entitled The Wind-up Bird Chronicles about 10 minutes ago, and I came to the conclusion that I didn’t understand it. I don’t have much spare time so it took me forever to finish it, and then to realize I didn’t get it is more than depressing. It’s times like these I wish I was less moved by car explosions and cliche dialogue, and more moved by nuances and subtleties. Oh well, guess I’ll just go back to reading ingredients labels.

On Friday, Punahou school held its first ever Madden Nation tournament. Madden is an American Football video game where you get to be the players, and lead your team to vicotry. I entered this tournament, because I have played this video game for a very long time now, and I think that I’m the best player around. For the first game, I had to play an upperclassmen, which kind of scared me at first. Many of the guys who were playing were actuallyon the football team. But I still won 44-7. I must beat many more people to win. Wish me luck!
